Terrible service, my dishwasher arrived with a broken door lock making it unusable. I tried to call but after going through many menu's I got disconnected every time that I finally got the option to speak to a human "The number you are calling is not recognised" I sent an e-mail with photos. It took 6 days for a response, they offered me £20! I replied immediately that the product is unusable and needs replacing. I waited 7 days for a reply. This reply referred to my "washing machine" when in fact I bought a dishwasher. I was now being offered £30. I again explained that I want a replacement once again saying my item is NOT cosmetically damaged it is mechanically broken and using it would flood my kitchen. I have waited 7 days for a reply and nothing. I now have a broken dishwasher sitting in my living room. I tried calling again today at 14.00 to hear a recorded message that lines were closed for the day due to high volumes of calls and to try again tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. I won't be using them again.
