After getting a dispatched email on the 27th may im still waiting for the item this companies customer server is terrible always telling you there ring you back they never do send emails they never reply 3 weeks after getting no luck with them I asked for a refund which 4 weeks later hasn’t been received yes I completely get Covid 19 but if they can’t function simple customer service then they shouldn’t be operating
