Ordered a cooker paid extra for faster delivery due to needing a cooker asap Got a email stating no delivery until a extra week bearing in mind I have small children. Plus paid for faster delivery. When ordering the item it would of been more acceptable if I was told no item in shop so be given two options wait or full refund. None was given. Made a complaint. Refunded the delivery fee. However no wire was with the cooker. Overall dissatisfied customer.
