Ordered a TV and it arrived damaged, reported in with photos within 20 mins of it arriving. I then received an email a few days later saying it would be collected on the 10th. The 10th came no one arrived. Called up customer service to be told it would now be 14th! Swapped shifts at work to be home on 14th and in the morning I called up to confirm that a hot swap would take place today (new tv delivered damaged one taken) was told yes it was, I asked for the couriers number to double check. When I called the courier they said no we have it for tomorrow the 15th!! Called appliances direct to tell them they “apologised” I said I’d taken day off work could I talk to a manager. No point he says the manager will tell you the same. Next day 15th courier arrives but only to collect the damaged TV 🤦♂️ Back on the phone again a lady apologises and says it’ll be with you tomorrow. Absolute shambles of a company. I’d never buy from them again.
