The phone i bought was advertised as in pristine condition and unlocked. However it was locked on an unknown network and when I called appliances direct they offered me £20 refund to have the phone unlocked which i agreed to. As i did not know the network of the phone, the mobile phone repair shops could not unlock the phone for me so I returned it. Appliances direct received the phone 4 plus weeks ago but are yet to refund me. Rubbish customer service.
