I have dealt with this company previously and had good service, however, my recent experience was poor. I ordered an air purifier/ioniser in April, had an email in May to say it was delayed and then heard nothing. When I started to try to cancel the order last week, one phone number passed me to a further number unavailable, chat unavailable. Finally I cancelled on-line and low and behold had an almost immediate email to say 'it's on its way' then a further email to acknowledge the cancellation. It arrived on the 20th July, 3 months over-due. Do you think this is good service? Naturally the lack of communication and apology I found intensely annoying.
