On order delivery was scheduled for a Wednesday. I had two emails confirming this to be so. Great. Booked the day off work. 1 hour later received three further emails, one from AD and two from Hotpoint telling me that the item previous claimed to have 'left our warehouse' would now be delivered by Hotpoint on Friday. VERY inconvenient and expensive (two days off work rather than one). AD not concerned when I spoke to them on the 'phone. Hopeless customer service. AVOID.
