BE PREPARED TO BE WITHOUT AN APPLIANCE FOR WEEKS, ENDURE SEVERAL BROKEN DELIVERY DATES
AND SPEND HOURS TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUE
Worst customer service ever.
Two delivery dates broken (two wasted days - 12 hour delivery shot)
Third uplift - DX Deliveries went to address in England instead of Scotland.
Fourth delivery - informed by DX Deliveries that delivery would not take place and would need to arrange a FIFTH delivery date. After venting my annoyance and frustration, they eventually agreed to send another van to uplift oven.
NEVER AGAIN!!
