Appalling company. Don't touch them with a bargepole. I paid £15 for nominated day delivery and the cooker hood didn't arrive. When it did, the following day, no-one was in to receive it (surprise). Finally had it delivered on a day when I could receive it.
Box was was badly damaged and resealed with extra tape. Cooker hood was dented.
They refused to arrange a return unless I sent photots. My iPhone was playing up and I couldn't get photos sent to my laptop.
Have just received a "Your refund has been refused" email. Can't believe they have the right to do this, so will be contacting Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court.
