I ordered a gas hob to find out when it was delivered that they had sent me a pedestal fan. (Very random) When I rang they were going to collect the fan and re send me a new hob. Nothing happened. Called again to find out the hob I had ordered was now out of stock.
I now have to wait in another day for them to collect the fan before I can have my money back. As they wouldn’t allow me to have another hob that was a bit more expensive as a gesture of goodwill for all the messing about I have had to do. Not great service.
