Terrible Customer Service and return service. . Just make sure that your not not going to want return your item as they suddenly disappear blaming covid- 19. My guess is if they ignore your emails and calls for long enough you'll give up. But at £300.00 I'm not about to. Rang today to see what's happening with arranging pick up of item and pressed 1 for a call back (several times) They do say that if it goes to voicemail then you have to call back. Strange thing is, I was standing by the phone when the phone lit up as if it was going to ring but never did, then went to missed call straight away.....how very clever appliances direct (not) It never rang in first place. So as a customer you think you missed the call... I'm guessing that's going to happen every time they ring me back. So frustrating as there is no way of contacting. Tried there email service for the past week. Got as far as them approving my return and that was that. Nothing since. Disgusting. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this deceitful company, I wish I had. 😤
