Very strange. I too was waiting for a call from customer services, my phone was beside me all the time as I have no refrigerator. My phone definitely did not ring and yet it registered a missed call. I can not now talk to anyone today and am without a fridge, my new one having completely stopped working. It makes you think this might be a deliberate ploy by appliances direct. Also, there is no customer service line at the weekend , very poor .
