The microwave we ordered was supposedly in stock, but after paying it turned out that we wouldn’t actually receive it for 2 weeks. In that time we got an email pushing it back another 4 weeks and then another email pushing it back yet again. I emailed to tell them it wasn’t good enough and got an ‘apology’ but no offer to supply a different model or to refund the rather hefty delivery fee. I asked them to do this and they agreed but never actually refunded it. Finally arrived 8 weeks after ordering.
