I purchased 2 airconditioning units…
I purchased 2 airconditioning units from this company, delivery is super fast and I am happy with one of them but I have an issue with the other, it pumps water all over the floor damaging my carpet and surrounding furniture, when you call you get a standard COVID response and they then call you back, which to their credit they always have, but I have put up with this substandard product now for nearly 2 weeks and have chased them endlessly still not replaced it. Today they Tell me that they need to collect it first before they can replace it, what is that about, I have supplied endless pictures answered endless questions and I have to allow them to take it away and wait for a replacement, also they want it packaged... I live in an apartment in central London I wish I had space to keep boxes the size of small kennels but I don’t
I am very annoyed that I should waste my time calling Dailey and still I am waiting, why can’t they take it away and replace the same day.... how complicated can that actually be... ask them see what they say, robotic call centre staff just tell you it’s their policy duhhhh
Once I finally get my product you can forget repeat business
