Two faults in the item delivered and two weeks later I’ve still not spoken with anyone or got a resolution. I’ve called, emailed, raised tickets, even facebooked and it still outstanding. They offer you call backs that don’t materialize and close cases that are still open as they don’t seem to communicate within the company. I’ve truly never experienced such terrible customer service. They are appalling.
