I had to return my air conditioner unit as it was huge and very very noisy. It cost me £45.00 for the return, Appliance Direct would not help sort it out, I had trouble finding a company that would return it for me. Appliance Direct then cancelled the return as they had not heard anything from me for 14 days, it was in fact 10 days. Have tried to get hold of them via the message service as I have health conditions and I do not like using the telephone. The service does not work, tried all day yesterday and this morning. Still not working. I then decided to put in a complaint, the message was sent but it has been three hours and I have not had any acknowledgement, fingers crossed they eventually get back to me. The unit was received at their warehouse last week which is confirmed by DPD. Not really sure what to to do next. It is a lot of money that they owe me and I have no idea how to get this sorted and a refund. Not impressed. Will never buy from them again. Their after service is very bad, none existent.
