Goods arrived damaged, put back in box cut my thumb open, emailed straight away sent pictures, tried phoning told they would ring back never did, in fact wasn’t acknowledged for 3 days and told I needed to fill a form in which I couldn’t get on for another 2 days.
They still haven’t acknowledged my injury or told me when there collect it and returning my money.
