My customer service experience has been non-existent, despite paying for next day delivery my bathroom still hasn't arrived nearly a week later. I couldn't cancel with Appliances direct because I couldn't get a response from anyone, I ended up cancelling with Palletways, now I'm struggling again to get any response from AP about a refund.
