Avoid this company at all costs, prices may be lower on products but that isn't always best as we are finding out. Their customer service is appalling if you want to return anything. Been trying for 4 months to get a refund on a £500 microwave which as already been repaired 3 times with 3 different parts by the manufacture as we were told to call them first and its still not satisfactory. We had to wait until July for the first engineer because it was so hard contacting anyone during lockdown. The Item is only 4 months old. Still waiting for appliances direct /whirlpool to sort. I told them our consumer rights as set out in the 2015 consumer rights act but they just dont care about consumer rights. Made numerous calls and emails to both appliance direct and whirlpool but appliance direct never ring you back. Days off work to wait in for an engineer and days of stress!
