Oven turned up and didn't work
Called and was told that I would hear back from a trouble shooter in 48 hours then they will book an engineer !!! Told them I want my money back and return it , have to have another day off in 5 days time !! Paid an electrician £70 to fit the oven and will now have to buy from somewhere else and pay again
Not good after sales service and ages to get through ok the phone
Will never buy from them again as it will cost me £140 I'm electrician fees and 2 days off work
