Avoid this Company if you want good after sales service. My Electriq ( own label) oven broke down 6 months into its warranty period and I was referred to the service company. Impossible to make contact by phone but I was eventually granted a visit 1 month after breakdown. Needless to say the engineer could not repair the product as he did not have the part and no contact from the Service agent 1 month later ! I have requested a refund from Appliances Direct as the product has now been unusable for the last 2 months but all they can offer is an apology ( which doesn’t help when you’re trying to cook food) and a chase of the service company who then tell them they are awaiting spare parts. As this has gone on for 2 months now it’s wearing very thin. You have been warned!!!
