Cooker hood arrived and on opening it was found to clearly be something that had been returned to Appliances direct and sent out again. Most of the protective film was missing and what was left on the product was extremely dirty. I suspect it had been installed, had the film removed and then for some reason taken down. Customer services extremely unhelpful and hid behind technology, requesting images to be loaded to the most difficult customer services portal I have ever used. How can they possibly justify sending out products in the state that this one was in?
