Our 2 sofas arrived last week with packaging all ripped and dirt from van in several areas on both of them. Had to accept the the delivery as had no other seating. Waited 6 months for the sofas and with long wait times just now would have been left months without seating. Now I am still trying to sort out some form of resolution with Look Again and not getting anywhere fast. Very stressful experience and still ongoing.
