Firstly, huge delays on my parcel, secondly, I must have received 10 emails and text messages from you which is ridiculously excessive, thirdly I had to choose a date, why? Just deliver the item already.
Lastly, the driver “Luke” not only called me at 6.25am (earlier than the 6.30am time slot) at which point I directed him to my house asked him to leave the parcel outside and not ring the bell. Which he totally ignored, waking all four of my teenagers. Will not be ordering from The Range again.
