This is a fraud and a liar company..They tell you lies about their process and always make sure that the delivery is missed. Had very bad experience twice with them, but unfortunately Amazon like company is using them for delivering heavy items..Iam escalating this with the Amazon management to de-list them from Amazon's list of Courier companies as they are lying Customers and is a fraud company.
