Awful the delivery men very young and intimidating, dropped my new Samsung washing machine before delivering it to my doorstep then took the packaging of and said it was okay but did not take the tape of round the sides, which held it in place. When I took it off it was split open. And where the screw was attached it was split and the plastic broken. Which was taken off after they left. They even had the audacity to say can you install it, you can save £40 when I've already paid for connection. I complained to the company where I purchased my washing machine and they said they would contact arrow XL, and they will contact me in which I have not heard anything.
