They obviously get so many complaints, that the email address provided fro their complaint dept is INVALID.
A Month of failed deliveries, and ultimately could deliver the parcel because they don't have a vehicle that has a tail lift, and not a huge lorry.
Couldn't even be bothered to use a sub-contractor, or hire a suitable vehicle, or send more than 2 people on a delivery run.
A delivery company that literally cannot deliver
