Arrow XL had my item for 8 days before they tried to deliver it - never appeared on the scheduled day. I rearranged it for the next day - they confirmed it would be there between 1030 and 1230. You can’t track items that are on their second attempt, live chat made no effort to help me, the first time I phoned I was promised the item was out for delivery and on track, the second time I phoned (1600 when the item hadn’t shown up) the woman put me on hold and then hung up on me - it now seems likely that she did so as the next person I spoke to when I called back admitted that they didn’t know where the delivery wagon was, because they have their mobile phone switched off. So I’ve taken two days annual leave to be in for a big ticket item arriving, and nobody can even tell me where it is. No show with no communication, and I have no idea when I’ll actually receive my item. absolute shambles.
