Purchased a tumble dryer from Amazon and I live in Northern Ireland so Arrowxl is their delivery choice .At first I was pleased they gave me an option of getting my delivery on 11th Jan which was 3 days sooner than original date then on the Friday before they informed me my delivery would be between 7am and 11am and one of the team would message me approx 30mins from my home .Of course no such message then when I was out at the bin they knocked my door even though there is a large note on the door asking delivery drivers not to knock as my daughter's we son who lives here has Autism and is terrified of strangers coming to the house .My Daughter rushed to the door and as she didn't get there quickly enough they banged the door again .When she opened the door she told them she would get her Mum but as she turned her back they just came on into the hall and asked my Daughter were to leave the dryer she was very upset as neither of the 2 had masks on and she has cancer and was only 10 days out of hospital after major surgery .She told them to leave the order in the hall as neither had masks on and she had cancer which they did .I received an email asking me to leave a review on Trustpilot and giving their customer service email address so I emailed them and complained but surprise nothing back from them .Cannot believe a large company do not enforce mask wearing when entering customers homes especially as this has been mandatory in Northern Ireland for well over a year .What is wrong with companies they are complaining of staff shortages because of covid so protect both staff and customers wish I could give them zero stars
