Complete shambles of a company. Failed to meet delivery window. Tracking system gave no update during day of delivery and online chat took 30 minutes to say they couldn't either. Over 2 hours after delivery should have been made got a request to rate the delivery which hadn't happened!
Sent link to rearrange delivery but would only allow me to change delivery address and no option to book a delivery slot.
No one to talk to.
