What terrible customer service, not only did they fail to deliver they failed to investigate why the delivery failed, why the driver didn't contact us or why the service centre staff mislead us !
No cooker and nothing but fake apologys !!! Despite getting a manager involved they are still unable to tell me where our cooker is let alone when it will be delivered.
