Deeply unhelpful.
Ordered some furniture. The website I got it from stated it was a second floor flat, they brought it up and told me they were on a deadline. They then couldn’t fit it any further (they didn’t try it at any angles) and took the item back on the van. A pair of miserable sods who complained all up the stairs. Get another job if delivering is too tiring
