Bought a £1600 pressure washer from Amazon, Arrow XL were the designated courier. Got a date for first delivery, A XL could not make that, so arranged to be delivered to work address as this was only available slot. Contacted by A XL to tell me they had lost the item. Said they would contact me, didn’t, said it would be rescheduled, hasn’t, AVOID IF YOU HAVE THE CHOICE!
Amazon had to arrange a new order, which is due this Friday, hopefully not from Arrow XL….really poor customer service, they just ask you to wait in the hope it will turn up. Please check with your supplier and ask who is delivering your order!! If its Arrow XL then dont hold your breath or leave it to the last minute!!!
