Terrible service. I followed their procedure to book delivery. I was given confirmation that it would be coming. Wasn't sent a delivery slot as promised the day before delivery. When I chased them on the morning of delivery they said it couldn't come. No reason given. Had to rebook and wasn't given any confirmation. Now don't know where my delivery is or even if it's coming. Useless
