Terrible service. Advised a call on the day to give a time slot, never happened and I missed my delivery. Then got a phone call to tell me I was not in and I will get a text to rearrange.…. Never happened. Live chat was rude, didn't know where my parcel was, blamed me then ended the chat! Why are Amazon using this poor delivery company!
