Dismal customer service!! First time didn't deliver as item was "damaged". Next attempt claims item was delivered when it wasn't. Third attempt blamed global IT outage. Fourth attempt cancelled because item was at the wrong location in warehouse. Fifth attempt cancelled as item "damaged" again. Sixth attempt (4 weeks later)...who knows. Never contacts me, this is all from me reaching out to them. Awful awful awful - AVOID AT ALL COST.
