I've made three appointments to have the screen on my phone repaired. No one has shown up to any of them. I even had an email verification for the appointment today.
There was no contact, no notification that the technician was delayed, etc. When I called to report that no one had shown up, the outgoing voicemail informed me that my appointmet was for six days from now.
If you want your device repaired, use a different company
