Absolutely a joke of a company. We pay $14 to Verizon each month for Asurion. My Moto Stylus screen cracked so I filed a claim with Asurion. They told me that they couldn't replace my screen (this is why we pay for this service) and that I would have to buy a refurbished phone for a $99 deductible... What????? I just wanted my screen replaced for free, the reason we pay $14 per month.
What a joke. Do not use this company!!!
