BEWARE!!! I had a damaged phone on my account with metro. I've been paying insurance on asurion for years, I do not recommend this, It is a scam.
back & fourth asked the same questions over & over to discourage you. I just dropped the coverage. I said forget it. Very unprofessional and they are out to scam you out your money. BEWARE.
