Giving this company a star pains me, but it's the lowest option available. We have been paying insurance for over 18 months...had an issue with our iphone, and we can either wait 8 days for a repair person to attempt a repair or pay $275 deductible for a replacement. Mind you, ATT has $0 options as replacements. Assurion is a scam and provides no insurance whatsoever.
