Very poor service for claims. For repair the wait time is 1+ week due to not having nearby locations. For replacement option they send refurbished phones. While trying to file for repair they began process for replacement which had to be cancelled to try to schedule repair. After finding out the wait time would be a week I opted for replacement and got flagged for fraud because of their initial mistake of filing for replacement to start with. Entirely too much hassle for the price, I’ve never felt so dissatisfied with an insurance claim in my life. 3 separate phone calls to try to get my issue resolved and hours on the phone just to be told they have to review for fraud which can take 10 minutes to 24hours. What a joke!
