If I could give no stars, I would.
It has been 17 days since I filed a claim for a replacement phone for my business line and I still do not have a new phone.
I have been an ATT mobile customer for over 20 years. This has been beyond frustrating and now infuriating.
3 calls to the number on the pamphlet they give you at the store, $275 deductable for my replacement phone and still no phone.
I have a service business that relies on calls and texts which is how come I have insurance. My business has taken a major loss.
Nobody at the ATT store can help you anymore.
I am for sure leaving ATT and getting a landline.
