This is by design. This is not a bug its a feature to make you give up. You pay premium for Verizon, you get the insurance in case your device breaks. Then go ahead and TRY to file a claim. You go to the website and it IF it works it automatically denies you. You call the number and good luck! After navigating the phone tree three times and getting hung up on you finally have the wonderful experience of talking to someone who works at a call center not in the U.S. One hour and 15 minutes later the issue is still not resolved because it has to be elevated. Only then can you bring it to a store to fix the issue. This is by design. This is not a bug its a feature to make you give up.
