horrible insurance. I paid over $200 to have my phone replaced in September 2024. Asurion sent me a new Samsung galaxy zfold 5. It's not even 12 months old and the phone will not power off. I was just told by Asuion tech support that the warranty on the phone is 12 months and when i asked to replace the phone, she said i would have to pay an additional $99.
This is a rip-off, the tech support says something and does something else.
