I went online to make my first claim for a simple matter where external Drive connection might be faulty on my laptop. So the online portal asked for basic information such as model number, serial number description of issue. It also requested the exact same information again along with a photo of the front, and back of license. When that was accepted, it then wanted additional information with an interactive PDF form that requires a signature that you can then upload a pix to their website. It would not accept my 1st 4 PDF files but finally accepted a jpg fike. (no info re what file type it accepts). Then required a photo of the laptop front, back, screen, and problem area. This is an hour of my life I will never get back and I still have to wait to determine if the claim was excepted. I purchased the service from my local you break I fix Office in Appleton. I thought a claim like this might be easy as bringing in the laptop and drive and have them figure out where the problem resides. Apparently it is not that easy. I will cancel this service as soon as this issue is resolved.
