Diabolical.
They emailed me to say they can’t deliver due to ice on the road leading to my property.
1) the email was received the day before delivery was due, so they have no idea what the road conditions leading to my property were.
2) there is no ice what so ever, it’s a clear beautiful day with sunshine.
3) they will be in touch at some point in the future in order to re-schedule delivery.
4) no you won’t, take it back I’ll shop elsewhere.
Extremely poor customer service with extremely poor excuses.
