I ordered a TV that arrived damaged. Started the return process on 2-13-25 and after many times calling, emailing, and chatting with customer service I still cannot get them to have the carrier call me to pick up the TV. It is now 2-23-25. I just received an email stating that my return will expire soon since they have not received the item. I have all ready turned this in to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER do business again with BJs and will tell everyone I know about this experience.
