First tv was delivered faulty after one of the delivery men dropped it rather than place it down gently. Had to return it for an exchange but they forgot the tv to deliver and just picked up the faulty one.
Replacement tv delivered the next day with a huge hole in the box. Thankfully it works ok and wasn’t damaged. Richer sounds were amazing but they need to use a company who respects the cargo. BJS are not that company. I actually paid for the privilege as well
