I ordered on Jan 4 because I was home with covid. I ordered two Charmin (32 roll) packages. Only ONE was delivered. I immediately called the store and was told the order was delivered by Door Dash and I’d need to contact them for a refund. Door Dash said they couldn’t refund me directly … they would issue a refund to BJs and BJs would refund me. I got an email from Door Dash stating the above, stating they refunded BJs and gave me a Reference Number and another number. When I was well, I went to my local BJs (where I’d placed the order online) and the person at the customer service desk said they can’t issue the refund because it doesn’t come to the local store and allegedly they don’t have access to see refunds issued to BJs by Door Dash. She gave me a phone number to BJs to contact. … that has also resulted in no refund!!
WILL NEVER USE BJs DELIVER AGAIN!!!!
