This is my first time ordering from them. I usually go in and shop but my sister loves their ordering service. Everything was on schedule until I received the notification that our delivery driver (Javier R) was arriving, I was nice enough to go outside to help unload. Driver drove right past me, I called him and no answer. 5 minutes later he texted : I am here. Here where? I tried calling again no answer. Then the app showed :"Sorry we missed you, your order is being returned to store, please call store to schedule redelivery. I immediately called BJs they said I had to call DoorDash. I called DD in an attempt to have them make the driver turn around. They were unable to reach him as well. But they said they would schedule another driver to attempt a redelivery. Second Driver (IliaR)was very nice and texted me that she was waiting for the order and apologized for the delay, then texted that she was informed that I canceled the order, which I had not. I called BJs many times but no one answered the phone. Then I got notification text from BJs that the order had been returned and a refund would be issued. DDash also sent a text saying there was a problem with my order and they were unable to deliver and I should call BJs. I gave up. I waited around from 9am to 3pm. Waste of I day. Never again.
